In order to further enrich the campus culture, promote the vigorous development of sunshine sports in our school, and showcase the positive and brave spirit of students, on the afternoon of 20th October, 2022, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Primary Section held a recess exercise competition on the sports field, which was attended by all students of the Primary Section.
Before the competition, each head teacher and PE teacher organized the students to practice actively in their spare time and PE class time, trying to demonstrate students' positive and striving spirit in the competition. In addition, this competition requires each class from Grade 1 to Grade 6 to complete the prescribed items of colorful sunshine broadcast gymnastics and martial arts aerobics as well as the display of the formation queue. Afterwards, the judges graded each team, and selected the winning classes and outstanding leaders of each grade, followed by the award ceremony.
Overall, through this competition, the students strengthened their sense of teamwork, enhanced the sense of collective honor, demonstrated a good mental outlook, and understood the significance of physical exercise.
